Years of adding tools reactively had created a fragmented stack: two cold email platforms, an enrichment tool that duplicated Clay’s output, and a domain portfolio with near-zero deliverability after a spam complaint incident.
What we built
- Full stack audit and deprecation plan
- Rebuilt on: Clay (enrichment) + Smartlead (sending) + n8n (orchestration)
- New sending domain infrastructure: 12 domains, fresh warmup cycle
- Re-architected enrichment waterfall to eliminate duplicate provider calls
- CRM sync via n8n so every reply and meeting auto-logs to HubSpot
The result
Stack cost dropped 62%. Domain health recovered to 91 within 3 weeks. Month two post-rebuild: 11 qualified meetings from outbound alone.
